Op: Zandia II: The Katongan Crisis is a military simulation game taking place at Stonehouse Park, 20 Minutes south of DeKalb, IL.
This event is being presented by Stonehouse Park and the River Rats Airsoft group. With more than 40 years of combined experience in military simulation games and reenactment this partnership is committed to producing an event with high standards of organization and safety using attention to detail seldom seen in public military simulation games.

May 6, 2010 -- Regristration closes May 11!
Deadline date for registration is Tuesday May 11. Everyone who wants to play must be registered by that day!
If you have not received an email from staff@opzandia.com then you are NOT REGISTERED. If you think you should be registered and have not received an email please email staff@opzandia right away with your full name! I will make sure you are squared away!

April 20, 2010 -- PIG!
Starting Sunday afternoon Stonehouse Park will be throwing an afterparty on site for all participants of Op Zandia. Included will be a pig roast and beers for the participants on site. That's right! Sunday just walk off the field and grab a cold beer and a plate of BBQ meat to go with your victory! Maybe it's not as milsim as a cold can of rations or a quationale pop tart but Zandia staff is willing to bet you won't complain about that!
Food and cold beverages will be available for purchase all weekend from the on site food service. The Sunday afterparty is for participants as a thank you from the park, and is included in the ticket price.
April 19, 2010 -- Pre-Registration
Please remember to register as soon as you can through our registration page. As of right now ON SITE registration will not be possible! We understand there was some confusion about this and wish to apologize to anyone who was mislead.
We have a lot of slots still on the tri color desert team, please consider registering for that team if you are able to!

February 13, 2010 -- Registration Officially Open!
As of today registration is officially open on the Op Zandia Registration page. Please be sure to revisit the rules and ask any questions on the official forum.
Be sure to register early to ensure your spot on the team you want as registrations will be limited to ensure the venue is not crowded! Information about special roles available to players and squads will be published soon to registered members.
January 19, 2010 -- Force Organization and Command.
As a military simulation game Op Zandia II will feature a military command structure starting with squad level roles for participants, squad leaders, and an XO and Commander for each team. The officers will develop a strategy and keep all the players coherent and focused on their objectives.
This will enhance the military feel of the game while helping to cut through the fog of war by enabling communications (By assigned channels) and allowing each member of a team to know explicitly what their tasks are and how they can acheive them. This also means that participants must register early to be included on the rosters and be able to play on the team they want with the people they want to play with!
Anyone interested in a command role should write to us at staff@opzandia.com with some information about themselves, or include the request with their registration payment!

November 22, 2009 -- Op Zandia II: The Katongan Crisis is official!
Op Zandia II: The Battle for Kuvai will be a 2 day, public Milsim event. The official dates are May 15-16, 2010
Pre-Registration will open soon, and further details including a detailed schedule and camping information will be released soon.
Stonehouse Park is a Reenactment park with a full service campground that features:
- Multiple vehicles that will see extensive use during gameplay.
- Costumed roleplayers to play indiginous people and militas throughout the day's play.
- Full time Observer Controllers to ensure smooth, fair, objective based play.
- Pyrotechnic and other special scenario effects for two days of fantastic milsim!
- Running hot and cold water.
- Showers and flushing toilets.
- Full service kitchen that will be providing warm meals to participants for a nominal fee.

Thanks to the success of the private invitational game "Op Zandia: The Battle for Kuvai." The River Rats and Stonehouse park have decided to put on a bigger, better and
